With my newly launched business, Cascade Digital Works, my intention is to join work and heart into a unifying whole. My goal is to express my values in my work.

I have been working in the field of communications for over 3 decades! Mostly in the form of information/education and promotion of the work of non-profits. That includes both online and print media.

I work with the best creative digital tools: Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and ChatGPT and, most recently, Canva for graphics & DaVinci Resolve for video editing. Key to remember: the skills of being a good writer or video editor or graphic artist do not depend on the tool you use, but the experience of the craftsperson who wields them.

I'm also a seasoned writer of all types of communication, from press releases to broadcast emails to screenplays and most everything in between. Poetry? Ummm...not so much.

My mission
I see my role in society as a bridge between cultural perspectives that seldom understand each other. There are so many wonderful new ideas--many of which draw upon ancient wisdom--that struggle for recognition and acceptance from the rest of the culture that is ordinarily referred to as “mainstream.” I feel a personal resonance and a breadth of experience in both worlds. That resonance, combined with a deep-rooted capacity for empathy and many years of communication and media development, make me uniquely well-suited to provide engaging messaging that calls for personal and planetary transformation. We deserve to co-create a better society that encourages and nurtures the best in all of us.
